Ruby Goss has ambitiously brought together more than 30 of Australia's best - from pastry chefs to home bakers to community bakeries - to share the recipes that bring them joy. Exchanges & Credit Notes

Exchanges or credit notes are available within 14 days of purchase.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

We can only offer one exchange per order.
Items must be

In original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or pre-orders.

Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If a fault occurs, we’ll first check with the supplier/brand for a replacement. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Shipping & Returns

Any damage during shipping is outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve with Australia Post.
