Made from soft chocolate brown plush and wrapped in a cosy Australian merino wool striped scarf, Frankie has a warmth and charm that makes him hard to put down. At mini size, he's ideal for pram clips, nappy bags and travel companions.

Frankie loves playing in the mud with his friend George bear, building train sets with his Dad and making his sister mad. He doesn't like going to bed.

Each Frankie rabbit comes with his own character tag, a small story in his own words, so every forever friend gets a proper introduction.

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping Australia-wide on orders $100+ (excludes ceramics, bulky & heavy items).

  • Orders under $200: $11 flat rate.

  • Orders containing ceramics: $17 flat rate.

Local Options

  • Local Pick-Up: Select “Pick Up” at checkout and collect from our store at your convenience.

  • Local Delivery: Available by courier for a reduced rate. Delivery takes ~3 business days.

Delivery Times

  • We ship via Australia Post & Couriers Please.

  • Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Please allow a little extra during peak times or unexpected events (weather, postal delays, etc.).

Returns

 

Exchanges & Credit Notes

  • Exchanges or credit notes are available within 14 days of purchase.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items.

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  • We can only offer one exchange per order.

Items must be

  • In original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • Returned with proof of purchase.

  • (Please note: earrings and swimwear cannot be returned for health reasons.)

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or pre-orders.

  • Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If a fault occurs, we’ll first check with the supplier/brand for a replacement. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Shipping & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

  • We can’t accept returns outside the 14-day period.

  • Any damage during shipping is outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve with Australia Post.

We use Bio Post packs and often reuse boxes to minimise waste—your order may arrive in recycled packaging, always packed with care.
