Turn off the TV and phones off, gather at the dinner table to start a family/friends Gentle Habit of conversation and connection. 52 cards curated by us with "mindful questions". Perfect for all ages but we have tested this on 8 yrs and up. **Note - we have tested this on the teenagers who have given it the green light. There are a few ways to play - choose one or multiple card to answer on your own or go around the group and everyone answers the question. Keep them handy on the table and ask one question every night. Great for starting and continuing the positives conversations rather than the usual "How was school?" question. Example of questions ~ Who do you talk to when you aren't feeling 100%? ~ What made you laugh today? ~What are 3 things you are grateful for?

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping Australia-wide on orders $200+ (excludes ceramics, bulky & heavy items).

  • Orders under $200: $11 flat rate.

  • Orders containing ceramics: $17 flat rate.

Local Options

  • Local Pick-Up: Select “Pick Up” at checkout and collect from our store at your convenience.

  • Local Delivery: Available by courier for a reduced rate. Delivery takes ~3 business days.

Delivery Times

  • We ship via Australia Post & Sendle.

  • Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Please allow a little extra during peak times or unexpected events (weather, postal delays, etc.).

Helpful Tips

  • Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.

  • Use your tracking link to follow your order’s journey.

  • If your parcel is delayed, contact Australia Post or Sendle directly, or get in touch with us if you need a hand.

Returns

 

Exchanges & Credit Notes

  • Exchanges or credit notes are available within 14 days of purchase.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items.

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  • We can only offer one exchange per order.

Items must be

  • In original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • Returned with proof of purchase.

  • (Please note: earrings and swimwear cannot be returned for health reasons.)

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or pre-orders.

  • Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If a fault occurs, we’ll first check with the supplier/brand for a replacement. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Shipping & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

  • We can’t accept returns outside the 14-day period.

  • Any damage during shipping is outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve with Australia Post.

Sustainability Note

We use Bio Post packs and often reuse boxes to minimise waste—your order may arrive in recycled packaging, always packed with care.
